Summary

perpelin.io does not set tracking cookies, build a user profile, or share data with advertising networks. The site is a static brochure served from a CDN edge, with anonymous, aggregated traffic measurement.

What we collect

The CDN edge logs request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, path) for abuse prevention and rate-limiting. These logs follow the provider's retention policy and are not used for marketing or profiling.

The site loads a privacy-respecting analytics beacon that records anonymous, aggregated page-view metrics (URL, referrer, country derived from IP, generic browser/device class). No cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is created, and no individual visitor is tracked over time. The beacon is operated by the same CDN provider as the rest of the site.

When you submit the contact form, the fields you provide (name, email, optional company, optional website, optional role, project scope, timeline, NDA preference) are stored in a database operated by perpelin.io and emailed to [email protected] for follow-up. Your IP address and user-agent string are stored alongside the submission for abuse prevention and rate-limiting.

The database is the source of truth for inquiries, so a delivery failure on the email side never loses a submission. Email delivery is provided by a standard transactional-email provider, named in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for engagements that process personal data.

Cookies

perpelin.io itself sets no cookies. The CDN edge may set strictly necessary cookies for bot-defence; these expire automatically and are not used for tracking across sites. The analytics beacon is cookieless by design.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any contact-form submission you sent by emailing [email protected] with the email address you submitted from. We honour deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion removes both the stored record and any reply thread we hold.

Submissions are retained indefinitely by default for engagement-history continuity, except where you've requested deletion. We do not sell, share, or use submission data for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry.
