Free 30-minute call. We talk fit, scope, and timeline. If we're a clean match, you'll have a fixed-fee proposal in a few business days; if your scope needs deeper diagnosis first, the next step is the paid Discovery & design phase below. No-pressure exit at this stage.

Discovery & design
1–2 weeks paid. Deep technical audit, target architecture, sequenced rollout plan. Output is a written design document and a fixed-fee SOW for implementation. Engagement stops here cleanly if the design isn't a fit.

Implementation
Typically 4–12 weeks fixed-fee, fixed-scope; larger multi-region or migration engagements run up to ~16 weeks on the same fixed-scope model. Weekly progress visible in the same repos your team works in. We embed when needed, hand off cleanly when done. Optional managed-ops retainer continues the relationship if you want it.
